My go-to remedy for colds that also helps burn fat!

Priscilla had a bad cough and I have it now...so this is my go- to when colds hit and it helos to burn fat too!

I brew green tea with a piece of fresh ginger. When ready and on my cup I add
A TBSP of honey, juice of one lemon, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp ground tumeric.
