Snack Option #2

So my next snack option is great for an afternoon snack between 3 and 4 pm.
The key for this one is to drink one glass of water before and one AFTER. The snack is a handful of almonds and a piece of fruit like an apple, peach, pear.
What I do with the almonds to taste better is I put them on a toaster oven tray and stick them
in the toaster oven for 5 to 7 minutes, see picture below :) They are crunchy and taste so much better!
Tip: buy them in bulk, like in Sam's or Costco, so much cheaper...

Mi siguiente opción de snack es ideal para la tarde entre 3 y 4 pm.
La clave es tomar un vaso de agua antes y una vaso de agua DESPUES de comer esta merienda. El snack es: un puño de almendras y una fruta (manzana, pera, melocotón). Lo que yo hago para que
las almendras sepan mas ricas es ponerlas en un recipiente para meterlas en un hornito tostados (como el de la foto. Yo las meto de 5 a 7 minutos hasta que esten crujientes y doradas :)
