One of my favorites:
1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 banana sliced
1TBSP of natural peanut butter
drizzle of pure honey or natural unprocessed pure maple syrup (not the ones with added sugars/ sweeteners)

Medio banano en rodajas
Una cucharada de mantequilla de mani natural
una rallita de miel de abeja o de maple pero que no sea procesada con azucar u otros endulzantes
