My lunch today

A can of tuna
A little red onion, chopped
A little yellow pepper, chopped
1Chopped avocado
1Chopped tomato
Juice of one lime
Salt +pepper
Dash of cumin
Dash of tumeric
Dash of cayenne pepper (if you like spicy food ;) )
Toast a slice of ezequiel bread and spread the tuna mixture over the toast!
